Your Money Anytime (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Earned Wage Access platform that lets employees in India access a portion of their already-earned salary before payday. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

We collect only the information needed to provide and secure our service:

• Identity and contact details: your full name, mobile number, and email address.
• Employment details: your employer, salary or wage information, employee code, and verification status — so we can confirm your eligibility and calculate available earned wages.
• Google sign-in data: if you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name and email address. We do not receive or store your Google password.
• Device and log data: basic app usage logs and device identifiers to help us prevent fraud and troubleshoot issues.

3. How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Verify your employment and calculate your available earned-wage balance.
• Process salary advances, repayments, and settlements.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests.
• Keep your account secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in our backend database powered by Supabase, with servers located in secure cloud regions. We rely on Supabase’s enterprise-grade infrastructure for encryption, access controls, and operational security.

5. How we protect your data

We take security seriously:

• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
• Database access is protected by authentication and role-based access controls.
• We apply Row-Level Security policies so users can access only their own records.
• We regularly review access logs and security practices.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal obligations.
• Withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable.
